I had a fairly nice stay and would love to come back! It was an excellent hotel with super-friendly staff. the room was clean and cosy, soft bed. Terrific service was provided. My food was DELIGHTFUL and savory. I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Pontives in Ortisei and would definitely consider returning. the hotel staff were incredibly friendly, the room was clean and comfortable with a cozy bed, and the service was excellent. the food served at the hotel was not only delightful but also savory.

Enjoyed how the triple room with good views etc was arranged when we arrived. The staff were accommodating and the setting was particularly good. The restaurant was located within 500 metres. The service was excellent and the food was fab. Everything was simply perfect.

Wonderful views of the mountain. A wide range of tasty food at breakfast time. Lovely location near a bus stop, which is great as buses are the preferred way to move around Gardena. Very helpful staff.

I had a blast trying out all the different snow sports and the food was so delicious, it felt like Grandma Anna herself cooked it. The sightseeing helicopter flight was like being in a dream.

Just loved everything so much, I wish there was more time to enjoy all the amazing activities and food!

Oh, how I missed having a sauna and something to do outside the hotel. Sigh.

We stayed in a spacious quadruple room with beautiful views.

The room facing the mountain was cozy and comfortable. the beds were soft and the staff was friendly and helpful. the location in the valley was excellent, and it was convenient to walk to the Fresh Basil restaurant nearby.
